In 1975 Dave Thomson started work in the gas industry in Perth West Australia. He started his own business in 1979 selling, servicing and installing gas appliances.

The business grew and he opened his first sales and service centre in 1989. Many manufacturers used the business as their retail outlet and warranty service agent.

Scott Thomson joined the business in 1996 and quickly started to learn the business from the floor up. In 2001, Dave and Scott realized that a shop was not needed for a sales,service,repair and installation business.

They realized that customers were looking for a business with integrity,product knowledge and the ability to give good honest advice and service.

Dave and Scott moved into the Spa and Pool industry and soon became service agents for two of the big manufacturers.

They are both accredited by SPASA (The WA pool and Spa governing body )
